Six ultra-Orthodox sisters, who have never spent one second outside of New York’s patriarchal, conservative, and religious Jewish community, find themselves boarding a plane to carry out a secret and dangerous mission in South America.

Their goal: to locate the husband of one of them, who fled New York years before, and do whatever it takes to help her break free of him.
